We are looking to introduce a change to our training sessions which will increase our offering of pool time to all Group 2 swimmers on a Monday OR a Saturday. We are looking initially to offer a lane that runs from 7-9pm (Monday) OR 3:15-5:15pm (Saturday). We are obviously limited by pool space so I’m trying to gauge the level of interest in this.
Please could anyone interested in this email me on headcoach.teamorca@gmail.com
indicating whether they would prefer this on a Monday or on a Saturday. If there is sufficient take up then we could roll it out eventually on both days.
I am happy to trial it before we break for summer on 14th August but then there would be a £5 supplement in monthly fees for anyone who signs up from September onwards.
Dave
We will be taking our Annual Summer Break this year on the following Dates
Monday 14 August Closed
Thursday 17 August Closed
Saturday 19 August Closed
Monday 21 August Closed
Thursday 24 August Closed
Saturday 26 August Closed
Monday 28 August Bank Holiday Closed
So we’re inviting any Saturday session swimmers who swim in Group 1 lanes 1-4 to join Dave and some volunteers on a short run in the park before training on Saturday.
We’ll set off from outside the pool in Royton at 2:30 and head over together to the park next to the pool.
We’ll be back in time for the 3:15 session.
This is open to lanes 1-4 in Group 1 and all Group 2 swimmers.
It’s really important that parents sign the consent form at the pool on drop off.
We can’t take any swimmers out without parental consent.
Please make sure your child has drinking water, the right shoes for running and sunblock if it’s sunny.
